Finned tubes with welded on fins are used in numerous industrial applications. The finned tubes will be supplied according to customers special requirements and/or specifications. The fins will be welded to tube either bei HF method or with filler metal added. The finned tubes will be supplied either as solid fins or serrated fins as per your demand.
There will be nearby no limits in material combinations for tube and fins. Below you will find a general information about possible dimensions. In case of non standard demands please let us know and we will be happy to check you specification in regard to further possibilities.

Outside diameter 21,3 mm to 219.1 mm – please ask us if you need bigger size
Wall thickness min. 2,0 mm
Fin height:
6,5 mm to 38 mm depending on outside diameter of base tubes.
Fin thickness:
0,8 mm to 2,7 mm depending on the fin pitch required
Fin Pitch:
Up to 440 fins per meter depending on fin thickness

This finned tubes will be also supplied according to your specification.The fins will be welded to tubes by restance welding method. Tube length up to 16 meter are possible

Outside diameter 31,8 mm to 48,3 in double finned tubes, up to 60,3 mm in single finned tubes. Other dimensions on request

2 mm and 2,5 mm – pitch from 9 to 40 mm

From 125 x 60 mm up to 195 x 95 mm depending on tube outside diameter and tube pitch
