Finned Tubes are used in all sectors asking for an efficient cooling. Typical for the use are air coolers in the power generations industry, in refineries, petrochemical plants etc. We are able to provide the following executions:
„L“-TYPE
The fin strip will be shaped in „L“ form and tension wound to the base tubes outer surface. The „L“ foot of the fin enhances the corrossion protection of the base tubes.

„LL“-TYPE
Same way produced like „L“-TYPE but the fin foot is overlapping and covers the base tube outer surface which increases the corrossion protection of the base tube compared to the „L“-Type.

„KL“-TYPE
Produced same like „L“-TYPE but before application of fins the surface of base tube is knurled. The fin foot is knurled into the knurling to get a higher bond between tube and fins, resulting in better heat transfer parameters.

„G“-TYPE
The fin strip is tension wound into a groove machined into the tube surface. Simultaneously the fin is fixed into the groove by back filling with material from base tube. Maximum heat transfer at high tube temperatures is ensured.

Extruded Fin Tubes
This type of finned is produced by pushing a aluminium tube over a base tube. The fins are rolled from the outside of aluminium tube and the outer tube is pressed same time to the base tube. In addition to the excellent heat transfer the base is excellent protected from corrosion.

Extruded and Serrated Fin Tubes
Produced same as Extruded Fin Tubes but fins are serrated. The already excellent heat transfer will be increased.
